Bio: Ellen is not only a trainer, but also a Registered Dietitian, holding a Master’s degree in Nutrition from Boston University. During her undergraduate years at University of Wisconsin-Madison, Ellen was a choreographer and dancer and began teaching ballet, jazz, tap, and hip hop classes. Dance was her gateway to the fitness world and she’s been addicted ever since! Her specialty is weight loss, with a realistic lifestyle approach to fitness and nutrition. She is constantly looking for new and exciting ways to stay fit, which is why she was immediately drawn to Sproing for it’s low impact, versatile approach to running and fitness.
